I’m Carson Bishov, and escrow has been the foundation of my career from the very beginning. I built my experience working in San Diego’s high-end real estate market, personally overseeing every detail of each transaction. That hands-on approach led me to close more than $2 billion in real estate sales, including individual transactions exceeding $30 million, within some of the region’s most competitive coastal markets. Working at this level reinforced the importance of precision, discretion, and thoughtful communication—especially when guiding complex, high-value escrows.
Today, I bring that same care and accountability to every client I work with. I pride myself on being highly responsive, approachable, and deeply invested in protecting my clients and partners throughout the escrow process. Outside of work, I value balance and enjoy San Diego’s coastal lifestyle, staying active, cruising around town on my e-bike and appreciating the architecture and design that make the region’s homes so special. Whether a transaction is straightforward or highly complex, my goal is always the same: to create a seamless, well-managed escrow experience that feels calm, efficient, and confidently handled from start to finish.

My name is Carly Barry, and I am an Escrow Assistant with Brickstone Escrow. As a San Diego native, I have a deep familiarity with the Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and Solana Beach markets, and enjoy helping buyers, sellers, and agents navigate the escrow process with clarity and a calm, supportive approach. I work behind the scenes to keep each transaction moving smoothly from open to close.
Before settling in escrow, I built my background in operations, client service, business practices, and marketing through roles in buying and sales. I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and have worked across both luxury and fast-paced, high-volume environments. Today, I bring a modern, customer-centric mindset to Brickstone Escrow and love being part of a team that is redefining what a smooth, elevated closing experience can feel like.
